Very odd Power Supply Issue

I have a (PC) and a Chromebook (CB). Both computers have 2 USB c charging ports and separate power supplies. The computers were fine until last week when the following problems developed. This is a brief synopsis.

1. PC dies
2. Receive low-power charger message upon restart
3. The second charging port gives the same message
4. Plug the PC's charger in CB's charging port and get a low-power charger message
5. Plug the CB charger into the same port and get a low-power charger message
6. Plug the CB charger into the second USB c port and do not get the low-power message; the CB charging is normal.
7. I'm afraid to try the PC charger on the second CB port.
8. Plug the CB charge into the PC's ports and get a low-power charger message

What the heck is going on?
