Otome Isekais that focus on develpment than romance?
Now let me get one thing out: I don't mind if there is romance. In fact, I do somewhat enjoy it. But I much prefer to see the work the characters put it in the world.
An example I think does this perfectly (and the romance is amazing too, which is rare for me) is Magic Artisan Dahlia Wilts No More. And I wanted something with a similar feel.
The others that I know of are:
- Common Sense of a Duke's Daughter.
- Ascendance of a Bookworm.
In all of these stories (the latter specially) I get the sense that they're building up their company/dukedom into something good. I love the slowburn and it doesn't feel like they're OP characters.
I suppose I should also mention that I know of the webnovel "I Reincarnated as a Noble Girl Villainess But Why Did It Turn Out This Way? " (Mouthful!!!) but I think that's it.
