Computer crashes or reboots while playing intensive games.

Been trying to play a few games (elden ring, slime rancher 2, outbound ghost), and my pc will randomly crash in the middle of a game session, either rebooting or freezing, with all four monitors displaying dark/corrupted images, in which case I have to do a manual reboot. Had this problem for >1 yr and am at my wits end, any advice? I've tried increasing my cooling but I've been monitoring temps while playing games and they don't seem to be getting out of control so I have no idea what the problem could be.
