Almost certain it's Mingulay boat song, albeit a different setting than I'm used to.

I think you’re right. I do Scottish Storytelling for a Living History group, and Mingulay is one of my favorite songs to perform. The history behind it is so neat, and I love all the different lyric versions. Too bad the island has been abandoned.
