Does HVY Insurgent have no insurance option?

I just won the lucky wheel HVY Insurgent. But one thing caught my attention: When I went to LS Customs, I realized that the vehicle did not have an insurance option. According to the information on GTA Wiki, the vehicle has an insurance option. Do you think this is a bug or a sneaky trap? Accordingly -you all know this- if something happens to the vehicle, we cannot request it from MMI. Anyone have any ideas/suggestions about this?
