Problems with Duocast Firmware Update

I just bought a HyperX Duocast, plugged it in to set it up using NGENUITY and it gets stuck on the second firmware update.

I already tried using several USB ports (now it is connected directly to the motherboard) uninstalling and reinstalling NGENUITY, factory reseting the microphone and NGENUITY but the problem continues and I don't know what else to do

I am using windows 10
