I'm desperately looking for a hack the planet patch

So I bought the patch when it came out years ago and put it on my favorite jacket. It ended up falling off and I had it swimming with all my patches for 4 years and finally just put it back on to my fav sweater. Unfortunately that sweater was folded up right next to a pair of pants of the same material and color that I was going to go donate. I donated the sweater instead of the pants and now my patch is gone.

It was my favorite patch. Does anybody have any leads on me getting this patch back. I will pay whatever, I can't find it anywhere online.

Im to the point I might just have to hand embroider it myself so I have the memory forever.

E$it: I don't know how to post a picture on here because I'm a noob Double edit: I should mention, if you don't already know, that this is a TEENAGE patch and that's why it's posted here
