What is the post game like? (Zodiac on switch)

So I am coming to the end of this game. I grinded to level 99, I got all the Espers, I’m tying up some loose ends but it looks like I’ll be going to end the game soon. I don’t know much about the new game plus options for this game. I don’t usually buy into new game plus because I just like to move on to something else. Can someone give me a rundown or a quick advice about whether or not the post game is worth playing? I would think it would get boring after you’ve done pretty much everything. Any thoughts would be helpful. I really like this game but I feel like if I want to revisit it in a few years I wouldn’t want to play through it again.
