For reading, Olly Richards is very good after you do the Duolingo tree if you are an absolute beginner. Then after that is Easy Portuguese (I don’t know about Swedish) on youtube. That is good for everyday conversations out on the street. Super simplistic, I know, but these are some ideas, another good idea is reading your favorite wikipedia article in the targeted language if they have it. Hope this helps, and always keep remembering what your motivation  is for learning the language when it gets tough.
