custody between parents

i want to stay at one parents house. Ever since i was 8 I've split my time between my dads house and moms house doing this makes it super hard for me to have my own things or feel like i have my own room. My mom is the sweetest person you will meet shes just leniant and gives me alot of freedom and doesnt push my grades on me at all. while my dad is the most serious person youll ever meet i cant do anything to my room because itll look messy and he thinks everything has to be perfect. he has 0 trust in me cant stay out past 9:30. and doesnt let me spend much time with people when i want to go hang out with them it feels like he wants to always be in control. im just scared if i live with my mom ill have to much freedom. i believe im responsible not to do anything bad and i do make pretty decent grades with my own determination to go to college and get a good job. the thing is my entire family (siblings) lean towards my dad and i feel like if i stopped living with my dad it would hurt my relationship with them. im 16 by the way
