Reddit Chat never loads

My Reddit Chat has had notification for months and months. But it never loads the chat window when I select it. (See screenshot.)

I don't appear to be shadow banned. I've tried clearing the cache, using incognito and trying every other browser I have access to (typically I use Chrome). It always appears like the screenshot.

I use another Reddit account and the Reddit Chat works fine for that account on the same browsers.

So the issue seems to be directly related to the account? Is that possible?
