Starting the Greyskull LP this week

Got a PDF of the 3rd edition and I'm stoked. I start the program this week. I figure the first session (or maybe two) will be finding accurate starting weights for each lift and deciding on accessory lifts. I'm also intrigued by the 4-day split version of the program and might try that after doing the 3-day split for a bit. I'm down for experimenting with the different versions Johnny recommends.

Ultimately I'm most interested in the program's simplicity, though. I only like to experiment and change it up either (a) in the beginning while finding what is right for me within a program, or (b) when I've plateaued. I don't expect (b) to be an issue with this program. That's really the beauty of it - I can do the same lift schedule for a long period of time and still go into a new workout every time. It's the same but different. It's the band you love most, each new album giving you enough of what you know along with just enough progress and change to keep you interested, pleasantly surprised, and satisfied overall.

I realize I'm the only person who has posted here since the sub's creation, but I'm glad it exists and I hope it grows.
