Jump between the current tab and last open tab shortcut

Has anyone found a way to bounce between two tabs with a single shortcut? For example, I have 10 tabs, and I have opened tab 3 and the previous tab was 8. I want to jump between those two with a single shortcut. I found there is CTRL + SHIFT or using CTRL + 1-9 to switch tabs but doesn't solve the problem
