Recently I noticed I cannot select Simple Meals when forming a caravan. As in, the Simple Meals do not even show up on the "Food" tab or the "Items" tab. I double-checked that the Meals are in a stockpile zone.
I swear I used to be able to select Simple Meals, but not anymore. Bug, or player error?

did you find the issue? I have the same issue right now
Figured it out. It's that mod that disables auto select from caravan start set up.
I’m also having this issue, granted my game is heavily modded but none of them affect caravans and I’ve tried turning some off anyways to no avail. Meals are in a stockpile, other types of food show up just fine. What’s stranger still is that I could take simple meals on caravans earlier in the same save.
I’m wondering if you ever found a fix for it and wether your game is modded or not. Not sure what mod Somlal is talking about and none of mine disable auto select anyways.
