Beginner in apartment

Hello everyone! I’m looking for new hobby. Searching for something which will be „offline way” of spending free time. I’ve always been fascinated about leather goods like wallets etc. I’ve watched couple of YouTube tutorials, from amateur crafters, these got me inspired.

I’m living in apartment and have two question. Is is possible to do this hobby without disturbing my neughbours in terms of sounds? And do I have to have a lot of space for tools, and materials?
