Am I being obsessive over my health?

General/Advice

Pls I need some advice:(

For context: I always had irregular periods and hirsutism but didnt pay much attention to it for years. Recently I've dealt with a number of health issues like I had peeing issues and blood in my urine for a while, I had high prolactin and milk coming out of my nipples despite not being pregnant, and also dry eyes.

When I had blood in my urine I would buy dipsticks to test my urine at home and I had bloodwork a few times to check my kidney function. Eventually the amount of blood became minimal, my kidney function stayed normal and a urologist said im okay so I stopped worrying.

With my high prolactin I had bloodwork a few times bc I hoped that prolactin would normalize but it didn't so I ended up getting an MRI which thank God was clear. I had further blood tests which showed insulin resistance, high cortisol and borderline high TSH. I started exercising which caused my high prolactin and insulin resistance to go into remission (yay) but at the same time cortisol stayed high and I developed high cholesterol and vitamin D deficiency.

My plan right now is to keep exercising and repeat blood tests in 3 months to make sure my prolactin stays in remission, check cholesterol, vitamin D, thyroid. And also inflammation markers bc my eyes are really dry and hurt.

Do you guys think I'm being obsessive or not? Some people tell me I am but considering my symptoms and my current and previous blood abnormalities I dont think I'm being obsessive. I just do what I think is best:( It's not my fault I have these issues and I do my best to manage them:( what do you guys think?
