Deleting cache pools?

So I'm trying to delete a specific cache pool. It's empty and nothing points to it.

It's 4 old as sin SSD's that I want to replace with some better disks but not as part of cache.

What is the process in removing a cache like this?

To note, I have 3 pools, looking to bring it to 2.
