Would I still be ok with my current PSU or should I upgrade ?

My build right now:

• AMD Ryzen 3600
• Gigabyte B450 Aorus Elite
• RAM 32 GB 3200Mhz (I had 16 GB, a friend sold his PC for a console and I inherited the other 16 Gb ... felt 0 difference between 16 and 32 Gb ram :) )
• Hyper 212 Evo Cooler
• Nvidia RTX 3070
• Thermaltake Smart SE 530W Power Supply

I managed to find a really cheap AMD Ryzen 5700X, and would like to upgrade, but I think my Power Supply might be at the limit already.

The 5700X has a TDP of 65W the same as my Ryzen 3600 ... but I think it might draw more power.

What would you suggest, I'm on a tight budget, but I would not want to risk my whole system.
