Intentionally resigning to avoid cheating detection?
I've been playing for a few months so I am by no means a good chess player. Today I got smacked in a game, didn't think much of it, checked the accuracy of my opponent and saw his was 97%. Raised an alarm bell but I made some bad moves so I know in a vacuum that accuracy is not immediately indicative of a cheater. Checked his account and saw all his games were above 96% rating but almost every other game he was resigning when he clearly was winning, even when he had mate in 2 or so. Does he actually think that intentionally resigning will prevent cheating detection? I've reported him but I wonder how long it takes for chess.com to ban a player's account.
Update: 6 hours after posting the account in question has been banned.
