I have a meeting with the local government to discuss our offerings. What are some good questions to ask?
Hello everyone and fellow MSPs!
I have a meeting with the local county government's board of county commissioners coming up tomorrow. I should mention we only conduct business within the continental United States. I should specify that this meeting is seeking new business in forms of projects they have on the table for developments within the county. Like recreational centers, community centers, schools, etc. NOT IT for the county themselves. They have that. And it’s something I refuse to touch.
My MSP deals with a range of clientele from doctors, architects, schools, lawyers, etc etc etc. Pretty much everything under the sun. We're a small outfit doing pretty big things in the south east.
Our goal, is to find out if we can be any service in supporting any government project in an ongoing capacity. Whether that be residential complex (think retirement community complex with centralized network infrastructure), sports complex, park, recreational center, etc.
I've got a pretty good sense of the direction I want to ask but I would like to hear from you all.
Thanks for any insight you might provide. Stay well everyone.
