Does anyone here have a Devi Yantra?

If yes, then please answer my questions:

Is there a substitute for Jasmine flowers in Devi Abhishekam? Jasmine isn't easy to find where I live. Also, what is the replacement for neem leaves and betel leaves, which aren't native to where I live either?

*I do not have a yantra, but I know how to perform Devi Abhishekam (thanks to a Bhairaagini Maa and a Devi Sevaka), just wanted this cleared
