API Python Parameter

Hey, I am currently playing around with open ai API and GPT3' davinci model in Python. I am using their openai library. I tried to go through their Docs, but I couldn't really find a list of parameters the call accepts. Can anyone help me here, linking me to the right place or providing a list? Thanks a lot!
