Rare sightings bug?

We are using the Rare Sightings mod by Ertosi
Ran into a rare "Yellow Quilled Yutyrannus" and it doesn't seem to take Torpor damage. I can't find anything about it being untamable, anyone have any suggestions? When shot with a LOT of darts it runs around for a few minutes and acts like it has torpor, but using a trap and magnifying glass shows the torpor as "0/17.7k"

I even tried to sneak up on it with the obvious result of being bit LOL!
