Have you played with this layout? I've had similar tables in the past, gotten very into multi level, catwalk/gantry type scenery, and while it can look amazing, I've found it sometimes challenging to play a game. Line of sight, trying to measure distance, reach models etc. I still tend to go heavy with the over built style because it looks so damn good, but it does affect gameplay.

Personally I think it effects it for the better. I've been pushing my group to use more dense, multi-levelled/layered battlefields. There are whole nuances to the rules that aren't being used. Sure it makes measuring or placement a little tricky but I feel it is worth it and more enjoyable.
