Share Units (RSU) vest during notice period
I have a new job offer and have accepted and they want me to join as soon as possible. I also have some RSUs with my current company, not enough to make me rich, but enough to help in the current climate. My contract states I have one months notice to work out and the RSU's would vest during this period (two weeks into notice).
I expect I would still be entitled to them, as I am technically still employed at the company, but seeking second views.
I have tried to hunt down the RSU terms on internally, but not had any luck.
