New build help - Looking to do White/Lighter Theme
I am a few months away from starting to hopefully buy components. Looking to go to a white/lighter light theme. I also want to try and get 4+ years if I can. I was wondering what I should replace to make this happen. Not worrying about pricing right now, just looking to lock down a list first.

The 4070ti is better than a 3090 and is $800
Ya true, is there benefits to the new Ryzen vs Intel i5? Usually I just buy Intel.
You can look up benchmarks or reviews on the differences.
If the 5800x3d is anything to go by, the 7000x3d cpus will probably be the best gaming cpus available
So odd question, do gpu and cpu have to be paired accordingly? Meaning if I buy intel cpu, I have to get a gpu chipset that aligns with the intel?
no
intel didn't even have its own gpus until late last year, and nvidia doesn't have its own cpus
