Face, chest, back, buttocks and random spots

What has your derm said? How do you know it's not acne?
I’ve done a biopsy and a scraping.
I see.. I am going to ask my derm for one as well..with the scraping does there need to be pus? Mine aren't pus filled usually
Have they given you antibiotics?
