You're welcome I'm glad they made you happy :) & these are called succulents, or are you looking for more in depth information of individual ones here? I hope your shift was kind to you

This makes me so happy to see. I'm working a long shift right now and this is the first thing I saw opening Redit on my break. Thanks!

What are they called?

Nothing cuter than a bunch of baby props.

I plan to pot them come spring time :) I'd love to gift them but most people I know aren't plant people unfortunately. It's just me 🥲 so I have tons upon tons of these guys. If I knew you I'd definitely give you some!

Are you going to pot these up and keep all of them or gifting some? These are so cute!

I watered them even before roots appeared hoping to encourage roots to grow with them sensing a steady water source? Idk if that was helpful or not but it's what I've always done and now I have way way too many plants because of propagating. It can be quite daunting hearing so many different successful approaches. I found this way to work for me. I also have them under a grow light along with all my other plants, I know some say that's not good either but it's what's worked for me. Do you have any rooting hormone? I forgot to say I dip all my cuttings and leaves in rooting hormone almost as soon as I remove them from a plant.

Thank you 😊
So only water drops when roots appear or you dropped water where there would eventually be roots?
Sorry I’m asking. I got a little anxious about my leaf props and spritzed them with water. Then with my cuttings I shoved in soil and watered. Now I’m thinking I am doing it wrong. Especially with so many conflicting approaches

Thank you!! I laid the leafs in a prop circle on a bed of 50/50 mix of succulent soil and coco coir, then every other day or so I would put drops of water on the soil where the roots would grow out of the leaves.
Also, Happy Cake Day!!!

So cute! Which method did you use when you began? Any misting? Only dry soil?

Well, maybe propagation will help teach me patience!!

I'm sorry about your damaged plants though it's kinda great how we can grow new plants from the damage at least :) These guys pictured here were about 4-6 months old at the time I believe. It's difficult for me to remember how long each of my prop stations have been in action but this is my best guess that these ones were started around August-October of last year

OMG that gives me hope! I've just gotten into gardening and succulents, and thanks to a few damaged plants in shipment, I am now attempting propagation! How long does it take??? I am very impatient. LOL

so many colors
