Adjusting Joystick sensitivity VIA XAC on PC

I'm looking to configure the sensitivity on X1 and X2 anologe inputs that are controlled by thumbsticks applied to a therapeutic hand/arm brace for one handed gaming, operated with the thumb and the other the middle finger. I was curious if there is any 3rd party controller software on PC that can adjust the sensitivity of the thumbstick inputs as the x axis fly's the cursor across the screen just by thinking about moving it.

Any recommendations?

Thanks for your time in advance.

Can you adjust the sensitivity in the XBox Accessories App? You should be able to download from the Microsoft Store if it didnt auto install when you connected the XAC to PC.

Rewasd can also do what you want. There is a free 7 day trial I believe

You don't really need third party software. Just use the Xbox accessories app. Go in and there's a tab at the top to adjust the response curve for the left and right joysticks. If you use the Xbox accessories app, it will keep the same settings Even if you use a different PC or even an Xbox.
