Well... last Thursday was interesting...

Recurring and rental revenue is approximately 50% of the ongoing revenue. This includes FPP I believe but it is 50% guaranteed.

I believe financing will be announced shortly. I anticipate Senior Secured Debt and credit upgrade with some convertible debt. Thursday's volume was the largest we have seen in 6 months.

I believe some of the future convertible holders shorted the stock as a hedge from $2 down to 1.80 while locking in a profit.

Their rental fleet is now about 43MW and they are getting orders from multiple EV companies because the grid cannot handle charging a 1MW Tesla. ProLogis is one of their new clients. They are doing a handful of mobile units now for them.

I think funding is imminent. This stock only needs one thing to fall into place. And yes the CEO and CFO bought shares at 1.78.
