just went from a50s to the nova pro wireless and everyone says my mic sounds bad and is very soft. does anyone have any suggestions or settings for betting mic quality? everyone says i am very low in discord and they have to crank me up into the 100s but if i turn my mic sound up in the app they say i become distorted. thanks for any suggestions.

Hi there, i'm just wondering if you got this resolved? i've got the XBOX version and my PC is plugged into the XBOX port and PS5 plugged into the usb port. When using the XBOX port, however, the mic volume is rather soft.
No i did not. I tried so many different eq settings and sound settings for hours and nothing made it better, everyone kept saying i sounded horrible and for that price it isnt worth it. Thats the 2nd time i have tried an arctis headset now and have had issues with it. I would highly recommend astro a50s though. Out of the box the mic and sound quality is the best out of the many headsets i have tried over the years imo.
ah dang. i was hoping for some good news as I really like the headset and the features you get. Okay then. I might look to get this thing replaced. Thanks for getting back to me!
I have the exact same problem on Xbox. I contacted support and they are replacing mine
