Is there a certain number of people who can pass per week(Quota system)

Just wondering if there is a policy of Ncees that only a certain number of people can pass in a week , regardless of number of test takers?

I reckon NCEES are only allowed to pass 550-750 Transpo Civil PE test takers per week regardless of how you did.

Also do NCEES prefer folks who already submitted application and are NCEES registered test takers (like in Texas , NY and Cali) they have to submit application before sitting for the exam While in NJ and some other states which allow you to take exam prior (like straight after FE , legit, this co worker of mine has FE and PE within 6 months after graduation , he is still 23 years old) So my question was are they all treated equal of there is some preference to those who register (submit applications) ahead of time

Thanks for helping Im a mother and tried this exam few times but feel horrible everytime i fail
