Control Cars Speed

I'm kinda curious if some of you will dig a feature that allows you to control the cars speed. Just like in red dead 2, well I mostly play on PC so for example you can cycle the speed so you press shift repeatedly to add speed then ctrl to slow down your vehicle. I've been thinking about this for a while when I played the older GTA games especially during tailing missions or scouting some area.
