Green to Teal not working?

I dyed my hair green with Punky Color's Alpine Green. I faded it out as much as I could and put blue dye on top of it, only for it to be green still when I rinsed it. I've tried 3 different blue dyes but it stays green each time. Not even a blue green. Just green.

I don't wanna bleach my hair anymore than I have because it's really fine and already damaged.

Does anyone have tips? Or a very strong vivid blue dye that could work?
