[TOMT] [MANGA] Looking for a romance ecchi manga

I've been looking for this romance ecchi manga where the main protagonist is a man who wears glasses and is either a workaholic or shut in. I forgot the premise of their love but his lover (not at first) is a woman who really likes sex and she soon gets sold by her family(?) to a mafia or someone really old. Then the guy drank something(?) to strengthen his resolve or make his true emotions come out to save his woman who was about to strip in front of the old man she was sold to. So the main guy goes on to his speech that he won't let the old man take his woman. They fled and had sex where the woman made the comment "Woah, you're being rough today."

I think the title is in japanese/romaji which is why I can't find it, nor do I have it saved in my tabs.
