Law Student looking to get started

Hi everyone, I’m a 23 year old law student who will likely graduate with around 150-200k debt. My goal is to work my ass off and live well below my means and invest any extra money to start up a short term rental business. In terms of healthy money habits and goals I should be setting in the beginning of my fire journey, what should I aim for?

Also any advice you wish you would have received as a 23 year old?
