Max speed

I’ve always had this question, can trucks go above 120 mph, or can you increase it with adding more power to them. I’m thinking of buying a 2011 ford f150 with the 5.0 and getting a roush supercharger on it. Will that increase top end speed at all or just help increase acceleration?
