Relatively new to crypto

Just as the title says. I am relatively new to crypto and am looking for projects to invest in. I want to expand my knowledge as much as possible. I know BTC and ETH are the two big safe coins and that there are many big meme tokens such as Shiba Inu, doge, Saitama inu, and roboinu. Do you think saitama will preform well in 2023? And why?
