HELP selecting a bike and Capability of the bikes in Indian road floods

Good day everyone , I am planning to buy a bike in few months , In my list there is vstrom 250 sx , cb300r , dominar 400 and 250 . I have taken test ride for vstorm , cb300r , dominar 400 and 250 .

now if you are wondering about the title , the vstorm has the same exhaust as gixxer and i was wondering if the bike is capable of going in water to some depth , other thing is that vstorm SOLD outside of the Indian market has a different exhaust (that is higher) .

Now my experience test riding the bikes

Vstorm : engine is ok not that much vibe , first gear is short , handling is good .Issues i have heard about the Vstorm is that it rusted a alot with one guy ,Small things breaking on the bike , that's it .

Cb300r : engine is butter , gearing is good , no vibe at all compare to other bikes , handling is good.i like the bike but its bit over price and other thing is that the bike is very light so i want toabout if the bike will be good to handle at 130 or 140 speed on highway ,

Dominar400 : engine is punchy , the vibes are too much , little heavy ,i don't like the vibes but the sales guy told me it gets little better after 1000 km ( don'twant to take his word for it ,

I took two test rides for vstrom , second on some open roads .

now i would like hear your thoughts on the bikes , first few years I will go on rides with my friends mostly on highways ( or i say more built roads ) on long rides and all of there bikes can go upto 140 max and they cruise around 130 to 125 on rides.
