EZ Debug CPU led light is ON

My 2 year old pc suddenly shut off and been shutting off or not booting for some time now. Everytime this happens, the EZ Debug CPU led light is ON in my motherboard. I sent my system unit to the shop but they suspect its RAM. Can anyone help?

Edit: I tried using only 1 ram, and then switch the other one. They both boot just fine. But when they are both in the board, will suddenly shut off. Whenever my system unit is in the shop, it was tested for days, they say it's fine. Not shutting off suddenly.
