what gear should I buy for my cousin?

Me and my cousin played our first airsoft match recently, we had a blast and had lots of fun. My cousin only had a rental kit, his birthday is coming up in a month or two, and I want to get him a kit too, does anyone have any suggestions for what I should get him? Like what camo or gun I should get him? (We play in a CQC environment). In terms of budget for the kit, we are set. I would like a very detailed kit suggestion, maybe in a list format.
