Where to find authentic Wießwürst (white sausage) and süßer Senf (sweet mustard)??

I recently visited Austria and had a wonderful meal of Wießwürst (white sausage) and süßer Senf (sweet mustard), along with a nice pretzel. This is a traditional Bavarian dish. I’m looking to either eat it at a restaurant, or pick up ingredients to make at home. Suggestions?
