Is it possible to build ROS2 from source on MacOS 13?

Essentially the title, I’m trying to make contributions to the ROS2 repos like MoveIT2 and have a Mac M1 on version 13(Ventura). I’ve done the normal install instructions meant for Version 10.14, if I’m correct, on the ROS wiki and have been running into errors, which I expected to happen. They are Colcon build errors within the repositories with errors mainly related to linking (cannot find architecture on arm64). I just to make sure it’s possible before I really go in depth with the install process and have currently been stuck on a error.
