PVC’s non stop! Please help

I’m having a lot of PVC’s since last night. Every 5-6 beats I feel them. I’m also noticing that I feel what seems to be trapped gas in my chest/throat area. I’ve never had them like this. Any advice or reassurance would be really appreciated please.
