[PC][Early 2000s]Top down survival game on an island

I used to play this game when i was a little and i can’t remember the name of it .. here is the details I remember

*Top down survival game set on an island (i think after you crash a plane)

*The characters would age and die and get sick.. also they can reproduce babies and in turn age

*You had to gather resources on the island

I think the name had the word “lost” or “island” in it but im not sure

I think i downloaded it either from MSN or MyPlayCity but i can’t remember it was so long ago and i was a kid 🙂

I remember the game had a free demo you can play for an hour
