Dave's hot chicken tender on its own. It says 490-550 but that's depending on the spice level. Are those calories for the tender, sauce and sliced bread or the tender alone? After doing some work, it seems the sliced bread and tender are 310 calories which just doesn't seem right. Thoughts?
