Online part picker by overall price?

I'm hoping to find an online tool that I came across once but can't seem to find again. A lot of the pc builder tools I am finding have you go through and shop for every component and checks them against each other to make sure they are compatible. I once found a website were you could just enter a price range and it would give you a full parts list that met your budget with links to I think amazon to buy the parts.

Ultimately I'm not looking to make something super powerful for high end new games. The most taxing game I would play on it would probably be Everquest. Just trying to get a good budget build that won't constantly say it is running out of memory when I open a few google chrome tabs like the cheap HP prebuilt I have had for awhile.
