An issue that I can't figure out

So, normally my skin is not sensitive, but i do have a metric ton of allergies, mostly to different fruits. So, occasionally, when applying my makeup, my skin does something weird. Normally, i use the same base products because of this issue. It's like my skin, usually the moisturizing portion of my routine (i use baby oil, it just acts really nice under makeup) gets REALLY mad. But only sometimes. My cheeks and neck will go bright lobster red and sting, my nose will water, and my eyes, too. The only two things that have consistently caused this reaction was the milk makeup bronzer and the kvd foundation in the lightest shade when i was trying to do more ghostly looks. But anyway, when this happens, normally I'll try trucking through, but it'll go to heck when I'm applying foundation. The foundations that normally blend beautifully (maybelline fit me and the loreal true match) sit ontop of skin, rub off even when set with powder, get crackly. It's like my face rejects makeup sometimes. Any tips? Thoughts? What the fuq is happening to me?
