Who else is missing parcels from Aramex?

Going by the reviews on their website we can all agree it's not a good courier company, but are they a scam?

My parcel went missing and after emailing them for six weeks and a frustrating WhatsApp chat, I've now been told my item is deemed lost.

I'm considering reporting them the ACCC but would like to hear your opinions first.
