Psych meds and weight loss

I’ve been in fairly solid recovery for almost a year after years of hospital and ip stays. I’m at a point where I’m going off a couple of my more ‘intense’ psych meds. Both of them list side effects of weight gain when taking them. That never happened to me because of my Ed but a side effect of tapering off is weight loss. I feel so torn because part of me is hoping I’ll ‘get lucky’ and lose some weight without trying but I KNOW that will trigger a relapse. I just don’t know what to do or how to handle it
